How can we integrate Google Wave with Outlook ? Google Wave + Microsoft Outlook Integration

I was reading Tim's blog, I found one interesting tool called WaveLock. This is totally free extension for Outlook 2007 using which you can do real-time communication and collaboration in Outlook!
